The Role

As a Landscape Enhancement Manager, you will play a key role in selling and delivering top-tier landscaping solutions. Your expertise in selling and project managing the following services will be critical to success:

  • Landscape Design & Installation (plants and trees, walkways, patios, & walls - in house designers are on staff)
  • Grading & Drainage
  • Landscape Lighting
  • Sod Installations

You will take ownership of the projects you sell, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while upholding client satisfaction and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships to understand their vision and sell customized landscaping solutions.
  • Schedule and motivate teams to execute projects to the highest standards.
  • Proactively resolve any issues that arise during projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain project profitability by managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive, can-do attitude among team members, aligning with company values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in selling and managing landscaping projects.
  • Deep knowledge of landscape design, grading, drainage, lighting, walkways, patios, walls, and sod installations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A passion for creating extraordinary outdoor spaces.
