Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Summary of Role
The Enterprise Sales Manager main responsibilities are Customer Retention, Customer Advocacy and Revenue Growth. The Enterprise Sales Manager focuses on building customer trust that finally facilitates the renewal process resulting in revenue retention. Finally, the Enterprise Sales Manager role is also responsible for identifying and selling cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth with the existing named enterprise accounts.
How You’ll Succeed
- Actively communicate and maintain relationships with customers on a regular basis with senior and executive management.
- Actively communicate and maintain relationships on a regular basis with customer contacts on different levels of the organization.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for an existing product and address the sales process through the bookings.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for new products not currently in place with the customer and address the sales process through the bookings.
- Create and maintain business pipeline and forecasts through Salesforce and Gong CRM applications.
- Actively monitoring health, any service escalations, and the onboarding process.
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives by working with internal departments to ensure that the customer needs are understood and satisfied.
