Hiring: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Corporate Training (Hunter Role)

Company: SFJ Business Solution

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Experience: 2+ Years (B2B IT Corporate Training Sales)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a self-driven sales hunter who can build their own pipeline, connect with decision-makers, and close enterprise deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Connect with HR, L&D Heads, CTO/CIO offices
  • Understand client needs and close IT training deals
  • Manage complete sales cycle

Performance Targets:

  • ₹2–3 Cr annual revenue
  • 10+ deal closures/year
  • 3–5 client meetings/week

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT corporate training sales
  • Strong cold outreach & closing skills
  • Ability to work independently

Compensation: Fixed + Incentives + Bonus

Best suited for strong hunters & closers
Not for candidates dependent on inbound leads
