We, CIK Telecom Inc., are seeking Enterprise Sales Representative to join our CBS Sales Team. Through excellent sales, customer service and presentation skills, we maximize the potential revenues by acquiring new customers, as well as upgrading and growing existing customer accounts.
- Job Types: Full-time
- Shift: Day shift
- Work Location: Office, Travel may need
- Quantity Required:2
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the b2b telecommunication industry
- Reach out to potential clients either through call, email, or in person to generate leads
- Effectively negotiate and close new business opportunities - from sales lead to following up with client to ensure service delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, while also identifying potential sales opportunities
- Meet contribution and sales targets
Required Competencies
- Strong work ethic and independent, competitive nature but able to work in group settings when needed
- Self-driven to keep up with market trends, product offerings, and emerging tech
- Willing and able to learn, improve, and grow with the company
- English Language proficiency, Chinese, French, or other languages will also help
- Preferred to have knowledge of basic - intermediate telecommunication technologies, if not, willing to learn enough to meet performance standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
