As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will represent our clients in retail environments. You will engage directly with customers, provide information about services, and generate qualified leads. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales — no experience necessary, and we provide paid training.

Entry-Level Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage customers face-to-face in retail settings
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Generate interest and collect qualified leads
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain an organized and professional booth or display area
• Participate in daily training and team coaching sessions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• No previous sales experience required — paid training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Details

• Location: Greensboro, NC (In-Person Only)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Hourly base pay + uncapped commission
• Schedule: Day shifts, weekdays and weekends may be required
• Training: Paid, hands-on training provided from day one
