Job Title: Equipment Operator
Duties:
- Work as part of a crushing crew
- Safely operate and monitor crushing equipment and machinery in an offsite location
- Travel with a crew to customer sites within southern Ontario, Monday to Friday - lodging provided by the company
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Participate in required company training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating machinery preferred, but not required
- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
