Role Description

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for this (skincare) position in our cosmetic store.

This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician (SKINCARE) role located in (BHAWANA COSMETIC) P ROARD, Kanpur. The Esthetician will be responsible for performing a variety of skincare treatments, hair removal procedures, and cosmetology services tailored to client needs.

Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their skincare goals, recommending suitable treatments, and providing excellent customer service.

The role also involves promoting and selling skincare products and services to clients while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

Compensation Section:

Salary Range: (Monthly fixed salary will be Rs 12,000/- shall be expected to achieve a monthly sales target of Rs 50,000/- as part of your performance requirements.)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Removal and Skin Care techniques with a strong understanding of current trends and practices in cosmetology.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience, including active listening and effective communication.
• Basic knowledge of Sales with the ability to recommend and sell services or products confidently to clients.
• Professional certification or proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a welcoming and hygienic work environment.
• Freshers are also eligible for this role.
