Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering a variety of skincare services, including eyelash extensions, facials, sterile mani/pedis and other aesthetic treatments, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation procedures
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and retail product sales
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare treatments and retail products
• Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client experience and business growth
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and common areas
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions
• Manage retail sales effectively by promoting products aligned with client needs

Experience

• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred
• Certification or licensure as an Esthetician is required
• Experience with eyelash extensions is highly desirable
• Experience with nail extensions is highly desirable
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills to educate clients and promote services
• Experience working at the front desk or handling appointment scheduling is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
