- 7–10 years of estimating experience in construction
- A deep understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and costs
- Experience preparing take-offs and scopes for large-scale exterior repair projects preferred
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in estimating software (we’ll train you if needed)
What You'll Do
As a key player on our Estimating Team, you’ll:
- Perform on-site take-offs to accurately assess project scopes and conditions
- Attend bid walks and pre-bid meetings to gather critical field intel
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specs, and site findings
- Review subcontractor bids, material pricing, and historical data to develop competitive proposals
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between estimating, preconstruction, and operations
- Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver value
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
