Evening Janitorial
We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to cover a wide variety of tasks as they arise.
Hours would be approximately:
Sunday’s – 11:00am – 6:00pm
Monday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
Tuesday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
Wednesday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
Thursday’s – 5:00pm – 12:00am
35 hours per week (Hours each night can vary either longer or shorter)
The successful candidates are required to have the following:
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning.

The successful candidates are required to have the following:
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
- Have an eye for detail cleaning
Job Duties would include but not limited to.
Building Cleaning.
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- And more as directed by supervisors.
- Helping co-workers
- Delivering supplies
