Looking for Event Coordinator with experience.
Job Details:
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English to accommodate our clients’ need.
- Foster good relationship with clients.
- Adapting to fast-paced work environment.
- Able to attend and setting up events on venues.
- Assist onsite for live streaming.
- Able to reach out to potential vendors and collecting payments on time.
- Create a reliable and planned schedule for upcoming events and venues.
- Capable to play as a team player and establish a solid teamwork throughout the event proposal and during the event.
Qualification needed as follow:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Resume required
- At least 2 years of event management experience needed
Skills required:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English for event liaising.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Management & Communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
