Join our Alternative Dublin Team as an event host & artist – we’re looking for people who are outgoing, confident and able to keep things running smoothly while also having the craic.

If you’re someone who loves being the life of the party, has a passion for art, and can confidently lead a room with a mic in hand, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Job

• Hosting art events in pubs/venues around Dublin, keeping the energy up for two-hour sessions.
• Chatting to groups, giving clear (but easy-going) instructions on the mic.
• Encouraging people to get stuck in and enjoy themselves – no pressure, just good vibes.
• Helping with set-up/clean-up before and after events.
• Working with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking for

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.
• Someone who can read the room and keep the energy high.
• Interested in art/creativity (you don’t need to be a pro artist, just into it).
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in.
• Experience in hosting, performing, or public speaking is a bonus.
• Free to work weekends.
