We are looking for an Event & Operations Manager to manage and coordinate events, operational activities, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination for an educational institute in Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage educational events from initial preparation through successful execution.
• Handle event budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking to ensure activities remain properly planned and controlled.
• Manage event logistics, resources, arrangements, and operational requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with educational institutions, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders for timely and efficient event operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience or knowledge in event planning and coordination.
• Good understanding of event budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
• Strong logistics and operations management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events, activities, and timelines efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for event-related work.
