Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding celebration.
• Develop comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and checklists to keep every detail on track.
• Negotiate with vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment providers, and venue staff to secure quality services at optimal prices.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering arrangements, decor design, guest accommodations, and transportation.
• Manage contracts with vendors and venues, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to throughout the planning process.
• Oversee on-site event management on the wedding day to ensure smooth execution of all planned activities.
• Upsell additional services such as premium decor packages or special enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and event success.
• Conduct marketing efforts by showcasing previous weddings through social media or promotional events to attract new clients.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing attendee needs promptly and professionally during the event.
• Maintain detailed records of budgets, vendor contacts, contracts, and client preferences for seamless planning continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or hospitality sectors such as restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, or catering services.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable vendor agreements while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies and upselling techniques to grow client base and revenue streams.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and contract management for large-scale events.
• Experience in banquet operations or catering services is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle guest services with professionalism and warmth during high-pressure moments at events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
