We are looking for a Event Planner Intern to join our growing team and help curate visually stunning weddings that reflect each couple’s unique style. You will be responsible for creating the aesthetic direction for the wedding that includes fashion, decor, experiences, invites and more—tying each element into a cohesive whole. You will be the couple’s new best friend/ wedding buddy who will style the couple, guide styling choices for the wedding party, and, within the wedding team, brief subject-matter-experts on the vision and needs for the wedding. Support senior planners in designing, planning, and executing weddings end-to-end.

• Client Engagement – Build rapport, understand client vision, and maintain clear communication.
• Budgeting – Prepare realistic budget estimates aligned with client priorities.
• Planning & Tracking – Create timelines, monitor progress, and adapt plans as needed.
• Vendor Coordination – Recommend suitable vendors, manage contracts, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Event Execution – Oversee on-the-day operations, resolve issues, and keep everything on track.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with designers, stylists, and production teams for a seamless event.

NOTE : Post the 3 months of internship, based on your performance and the availability of the role, you will be given an offer for a full time employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
