About the Role

TFG is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Delhi NCR region. The role focuses on generating revenue through corporate events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, media partnerships, event photography, videography, and end-to-end production services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the corporate events ecosystem and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for event production and media services.
  • Generate business opportunities for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, corporate meetings, award ceremonies, and experiential marketing events.
  • Promote TFG's services including event production, event management support, photography, videography, live streaming, content creation, and media partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, marketing heads, event agencies, exhibition organizers, and industry associations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable production and media solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Expansion

  • Build strategic partnerships with event organizers, conference producers, exhibition companies, and industry bodies.
  • Identify sponsorship and media partnership opportunities for clients and events.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the events and production sector.
  • Represent TFG at networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creative teams, and production partners during project handovers.
  • Monitor project timelines and client expectations to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate event sales, event management sales, media sales, exhibition sales, conference sales, sponsorship sales, or production services sales.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential marketing industry.
  • Established network among corporate marketing teams, HR teams, event agencies, and exhibition organizers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
