Dress code: Black long sleeve/short sleeve t-shirt, black pants (black jeans without holes are okay) and black shoes. In cold weather, cardigans/zip-ups or t-shirts on top of sweaters are okay.

About the Role

Staff Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with setting up the event, including setting up the candles for each event
• Checking guests in and validating tickets through Fever’s QR code system
• Seating/ushering guests
• Handing out programs to guests/explaining the scanning of QR codes for digital programs
• Directing guests to the restrooms
• Managing flow of guests in and out of the venue
• Acting as the main customer service contact for all guests

What You Bring

• Previous event coordination experience, preferably music-related (not required)
• Excellent face-to-face communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work within a team of other staff
