Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

• Supporting in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and scheduling.
• Supporting with administrative matters relating to events for New Bahru.
• Conducting research to identify potential vendors, venues, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Helping to manage event registration processes and communicate with attendees.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all event details are organized and executed smoothly.
• Providing on-site support and coordination during events.
• Assisting in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback for future improvements.

Requirement:

• 5 day work week
• Will have to be present onsite during events if it falls on weekends
