About the role

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

This is where you come in!

Your primary objective is to engage existing customers for Everwell through building and managing global customer marketing programs to increase engagement, usage of our products and retention over the lifetime of our customers and their businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional experiences that showcase the value of our products and long term retention and advocacy for our brands.

You're customer-centric marketer, who is a confident communicator, and has demonstrable success driving customer retention and growth initiatives. You’re both a data-driven and creative thinker, who has an obsessive focus on delivering customer value.

What you'll do.

• Successfully onboarding and driving usage of our products early in the customer lifecycle.

• Creating educational campaigns & content that will enable deeper usage of the product over the lifecycle.

• Working cross functionally with Customer Success and Customer Support teams to deliver the content and communications our customers need to get maximum value out of their relationship with Everwell.

• Deliver critical information and updates around new functionality, features and important operational updates utilising a multi-channel, multi-platform approach.

• Build customer advocacy, manage reviews and foster community engagement, gathering customer feedback and sentiment.

• Utilise data & insights to drive effectiveness and efficiency in all the work we do at Everwell.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years marketing experience at a SaaS or relevant technology company.

• Exceptional onboarding & adoption marketing campaign ideation and creation.

• Experience with ‘self-service’ customer support models (desired).

• Strong copywriting and communication experience.

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building strong customer relationships.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

• Excellent influencing and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with CRM, Email Automation and customer management tools

• Demonstrable experience in lead funnel management and leveraging customer lifecycle data to prioritise program activity

• Ability to demonstrate marginal gains through the optimisation of existing processes and campaigns
