About the role
The Executive Director of Strategic, Development & Engagement is seeking an EA to provide high-quality, timely support and help coordinate communication and administration across the Division.
In this role you will:
- provide high‑level executive support including complex diary management, meeting coordination and secretariat support, preparation of briefings, reports and memos.
- act as first point of contact for the Executive Director, ensuring timely, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- coordinate and follow up requests from the CEO, Councillors and Executives to ensure accurate, on‑time responses.
- support compliance, reporting cycles, records management, and effective use of corporate systems.
- build relationships across the organisation and help foster a strong administrative community within the division.
About you:
- experienced Executive Assistant (or similar role) with strong judgement, discretion and adaptability.
- highly organised, tech‑confident and calm under pressure.
- strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- tertiary qualification in business administration (or equivalent experience).
- willingness to work flexibly to meet business demands.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and a criminal history check.
