Job Description – Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Calicut
Company: Catalyst

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant to CEO will work closely with the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, collecting and consolidating reports from department managers, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect daily/weekly/monthly reports from department managers and submit consolidated reports to the CEO
  • Coordinate closely with the CEO on priorities, follow-ups, and action points
  • Schedule, manage, and remind internal and external meetings for the CEO
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth execution
  • Track pending tasks, decisions, and approvals across departments
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO, managers, and clients
  • Maintain meeting minutes, records, and confidential documents
  • Support the CEO in operational planning and administrative activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA / Office Coordinator
  • Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in an education or corporate environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
