Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Vendor Management Executive with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials for construction projects.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
- Resolve issues related to supplier performance, quality, or delivery.
- Maintain a strong vendor base and establish new contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TALLY.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good follow-up skills with vendors.
- Strong vendor base and contacts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
