Description

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST – JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

Myaree, WA | Part-Time (22,5 hours per week) | Graduate and Experienced Applicants Welcome

Ready to build a rewarding career while making a genuine difference in people’s lives?

At Pivot Health Group, we believe great healthcare starts with great people. We’re looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our growing Myaree clinic, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, develop your clinical skills and be part of a team that genuinely supports your success.

Whether you’re a new graduate looking for the right place to start your career or an experienced EP seeking a fresh opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

Why you’ll love this opportunity:

  • Flexibility that works for you: Part-time hours across four days, leaving room for life outside work.
  • Competitive earning options: Choose a salaried position paying $67,500–$75,000 per annum plus superannuation (pro rata), or a Service Agreement with attractive earning potential.
  • Support from day one: Full training, ongoing guidance and access to experienced practitioners across our clinic network.
  • Room to grow: Access professional development, online CPD resources and opportunities to expand your clinical experience.
  • A genuinely rewarding caseload: Help DVA clients improve their health, manage chronic conditions, regain function and maintain their independence.
  • Extra benefits: Complimentary gym membership, commission and performance-based bonuses.

Who We Are

Pivot Health Group is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare provider committed to improving our clients’ health, function, and quality of life

.

Our team includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Social Workers, working collaboratively to deliver holistic, client-centred care.

We’ve built a loyal client base through strong relationships with GPs, RSLs and the wider community, and we’re proud of the positive impact our practitioners make every day.

At Myaree, you’ll work with a diverse DVA caseload, supporting clients with musculoskeletal injuries, mental health conditions, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, chronic disease and rehabilitation needs.

You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, shares knowledge and wants to see you succeed. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one — we’ll provide the training and support you need to grow in confidence and develop your skills.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Exercise Physiologist to help grow our Myaree caseload and deliver high-quality care to our clients.

This is a part-time role of approximately 22.5 hours per week across four days, with the following regular schedule:

  • Monday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am – 1:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 6:30 am – 11:30 am
  • Friday: 6:30 am – 1:30 pm

You’ll receive comprehensive online and onsite training, ongoing support and the opportunity to build your caseload within an established practice.

If you’re a graduate, this is an opportunity to develop your clinical confidence with support around you. If you’re experienced, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills, build strong client relationships and continue developing professionally.

What We’re Looking For

We’re more interested in finding the right person for our team than someone who ticks every box.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree in Exercise Physiology, with full ESSA registration or an application in progress.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in helping people improve their health, function and quality of life.
  • An interest in rehabilitation, chronic disease management and working with complex health conditions.
  • A collaborative, client-centred approach to care.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the online NDIS Worker Orientation Module would be advantageous.

What We Offer

We want our team to enjoy their work, feel supported and have opportunities to build a career they’re proud of.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Incentives and bonuses: Additional earning opportunities through commission and performance-based incentives.
  • Professional development: Online CPD access and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • A supportive multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with practitioners across multiple health disciplines.
  • A varied and rewarding caseload: Continue developing your skills across a broad range of clinical presentations.
  • Clinical support: Learn from experienced practitioners across our growing network.
  • Complimentary gym membership: Enjoy access to a gym as part of your role.
  • A chance to make a difference: Build lasting relationships with clients and help them maintain their health, independence and quality of life.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference, develop your skills and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of the Pivot Health Group team.
