Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of goods and managing load bookings, ensuring efficient transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the dispatch process for shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle load booking with designated carriers, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status.
- Monitor and track shipments using logistics software to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the dispatch process.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dispatch Executive or in a related logistics role.
- Familiarity with load booking processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
