We are expanding our CHAMP program and seeking motivated Jr. CHAMPs—caregivers who want to grow into leadership while continuing handson client care.

Position Overview

The Jr. CHAMP is a dualrole position combining direct client care with mentorship and operational support. You will serve as a trusted caregiver while helping ensure quality care delivery across all clients and supporting team communication.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

Weekly Hours: 25–32 hours
Required Availability: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Must be available for: • Every other weekend • Every Other Holiday • Occasional overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide highquality, compassionate inhome care
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Support safe transfers (gait belt, Hoyer lift, sliding board as applicable)
• Adapt to various client environments and care needs
• Maintain professionalism in every client home
• Communicate effectively with office staff and support team members
• Follow individualized care plans and document accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ year caregiving experience
• Experience working with seniors in a home setting
• Competency with: – Hoyer lift – Gait belt – Safe transfer techniques
• Comfortable working in homes with: – Pets – Smoking environments
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check
