Job Description:

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
• Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
• Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior
• Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
• Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC in any discipline and Diploma holders
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• 5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (morning, afternoon & night shifts). Morning 8.30am-1.00pm. 2pm to 5pm and Evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in Healthcare.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
