Experienced Gardener / Labourer – Full-Time
$25–$35 per hour | 35–40 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic gardener/labourer who isn’t afraid of hard work. This is a physically demanding role, so you'll need to be fit, motivated, and ready to get your hands dirty.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years gardening experience across a broad range of tasks
• Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full valid New Zealand driver’s licence
• Excellent attention to detail and tidy work habits
• Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and a clear communicator
• Currently reside in New Zealand and the appropriate or legal right to work in New Zealand

Key responsibilities:

• Mowing (push and ride-on)
• Weeding, planting, pruning, garden maintenance
• Hedge trimming, leaf blowing, pesticide spraying
• General property and equipment upkeep
• Confident with machinery use and trailer towing/reversing

You must have experience with:

• Hedge and line trimmers
• Leaf blowers
• Ride-on and mulch mowers
• Chainsaws
• Weed/pest spraying
• Towing and reversing trailers
