Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in installations who is ready to take on more responsibility and work independently and as part of a team on multi-unit renovation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the setup and installation process during remodel and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to company protocols and safety guidelines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage installation projects, coordinating with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare, organize, and manage tools and materials for installations, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly following all safety policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice installers, supporting their development and training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude throughout all interactions with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in installation or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in installation, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift construction materials, and climb ladders.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
