The role is as an Experienced Service Advisor at our Raheen, Limerick location and the ideal candidate will have previous professional experience and wishes to be part of a team driven to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Key duties and responsibilities to include:

• Customer facing role dealing with all aspects of a busy aftersales department
• Efficiently process high volumes of telephone enquiries
• Accurately record and input customer correspondence into Databases
• Organise the logistics around service requirements
• Deal with any issues and communications within the agreed policy and guidelines
• Direct queries or potential sales to the correct department, if required
• Undertake any ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in the motor industry
• Will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-orientated
• An outgoing and friendly manner is essential
• Will have excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines
• Be computer literate with excellent organisational skills
