Profile – Export Documentation Executive
Experience - Minimum 1 -5 years
Job type- work from office , full time
Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation:
- Prepare and verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure documents are compliant with international trade regulations and client requirements.
- Shipping instructions filing ,Booking & DO release procedure should be known by the candidate.
- IGM , AMS (ISF), ENS , EMANIFEST filing should be known.
- Coordination with Shipping lines, customers for smooth shipment operations.
Coordination :
- Liaise with shipping companies, transporters, and clients for smooth logistics.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to clients, shipping lines,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
