Renovator

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Renovator where you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and bringing visions to life. As a Renovator, you will utilize your expertise in masonry, carpentry, construction painting, electrical work, and more to restore and renovate properties to perfection.

Duties:
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing touches.
- Utilize masonry skills to repair and construct walls, patios, and other structures.
- Perform maintenance person tasks such as repairing fixtures, installing cabinets, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
- Fabricate and install siding to enhance the exterior appearance of buildings.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of renovation plans.
- Work on concrete forming for various projects requiring sturdy foundations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in renovation work with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in masonry techniques, carpentry skills, and construction painting.
- Ability to restore and renovate properties with attention to detail and precision.
- Knowledge of electrical systems for basic troubleshooting and installations.
- Experience in concrete forming for creating durable structures.
- Strong ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
