Description:
What you’ll do

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver external audit services to a range of clients as part of our Audit & Assurance team. The responsibilities include involvement in completion of external audits of varied size and scope as well as:

•
Perform audit and assurance engagements in line with the Australian Auditing Standards and the ethical standards as prescribed by CAANZ/CPA Australia.

•
Collaborate with the audit team and clients throughout the audit process, establishing professional relationships with the aim of delivering quality audits and associated deliverables.

•
Use technical accounting and audit expertise to enhance delivery of the firm’s audit service.

•
Receive and analyse client information to assist with audit service deliver.

•
Ensure dealings with audit team clients are always carried out in a professional and courteous manner.

What you’ll bring

•
A degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce

•
Starting or progressing CA ANZ or CPA accreditation.

•
Comprehensive understanding of Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards

•
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
