Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eye Surgeon to join our medical team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures for various eye conditions and diseases. A strong focus on patient care, precision, and updated surgical techniques is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and evaluate patient symptoms.
  • Diagnose and treat disorders of the eye, eyelids, tear ducts, and surrounding tissues.
  • Perform surgeries such as:
  • Cataract surgery (phacoemulsification/manual SICS)
  • Glaucoma surgeries
  • Corneal transplants
  • Retinal detachment surgeries
  • LASIK and other refractive surgeries
  • Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and non-surgical treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other specialists for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest techniques, tools, and technologies in ophthalmology.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and counseling.
  • Participate in eye camps or outreach programs if required.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology (or equivalent qualification).
  • Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical council.
  • Fellowship in a subspecialty (e.g., retina, cornea, oculoplasty) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
