- Ongoing, full-time position. Based in Hawthorn. HEW4 level / $72,162 + 17% Super.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the provision of high-level customer service for all Facilities and Services operations at Swinburne University of Technology.
As a member of the Campus and Asset Services team, this position is expected to work across a range of activities within the Facilities, Assets and Campus Services department. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the operation of the Service/ Help desk, processing invoices and work orders, maintaining a range of registers and as required.
The position is also required to:
- Support the contract management process across a range of services within the Facilities and Services Group,
- Liaise with clients, assess their requirements and respond accordingly or refer on to the appropriate contact to ensure efficient and timely responses,
- Provide administrative support for the Campus and Asset Services team under the direction of Contract Supervisor and the Associate Director, Campus and Asset Services.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Relevant experience within an administration role within a multi-site business.
- Strong customer focus to deliver quality service.
- Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability in using finance management systems and proficiency in Microsoft applications including word processing, spreadsheets and a working knowledge of systems.
- Understanding of administration requirements for facilities and resources in a large, multi-site business and skills in establishing and maintaining reporting processes.
