Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor with a strong background in the marble industry to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising factory staff, managing workflow, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment, and driving production efficiency while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in the marble factory.
- Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards for cutting, polishing, and finishing marble slabs and tiles.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on the factory floor.
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of production, labor hours, and inventory.
- Resolve any production or personnel issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to address defects or process improvements.
- Report on factory performance and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
