Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and livestock care, with the ability to perform various tasks that support the daily operations of the ranch. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Duties

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required for various ranch activities.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks around the ranch.
• Monitor livestock health and assist with feeding, grooming, and general care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including barns and storage facilities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of ranch activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
• Experience in gardening or crop management is a plus.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.99-$32.00 per hour
