About the Role

AFF is seeking skilled and committed Farm Hands to join our team at Koramba, located just north of the township of Boomi, NSW. This full-time role supports day-to-day farming operations, contributing to crop production, irrigation and general property maintenance.

Working under the direction of farm management, you'll carry out a variety of practical farming tasks including machinery operation, field preparation and seasonal work, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork and productivity.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You're someone who enjoys hand-on work and takes pride in doing a job well. You're comfortable with working outdoors, can follow instructions, and are eager to learn and contribute to a successful farming team.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Some experience working in an agricultural or outdoor environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• The ability to work safely and as part of a team.
• A current driver's licence.
• Permanent Australian working rights.

Ideal skills and experience include:

• Experience operating farm machinery and irrigation systems.
• Chemical handling accreditation (e.g. ChemCert).
• Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods.
