Position Overview

As the Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding safety and quality standards. We are especially seeking candidates with expertise in popular Indian-fusion pizza offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and workflow
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Recruit, train, and supervise 3 to 4 team members
• Organize and manage staff schedules
• Provide top-tier customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Handle cash, balance sheets, and prepare operational reports
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operate Point of Sale POS systems and electronic cash registers
• Expertise in Butter Chicken Pizza
• Expertise in Indian version of Tandoori Paneer Pizza

Requirements

Languages

• Fluent in English

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of electronic cash registers

Other Requirements

• Criminal record check required
