Fast Food Team Member

Job Summary

As a Team Member at Indeez, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by preparing and assembling menu items such as fries, burgers, coffees, shakes, and more in our live kitchen. You will be expected to work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality standards, and uphold food safety protocols. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn various aspects of fast-casual food production, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prepare and cook menu items (fries, burgers, coffees, shakes, etc.) following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, fryers, espresso machines, blenders, etc.).
  • Assist with new product trials or limited-time offerings as directed by management.
  • Quality Control & Food Safety
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and uphold sanitation standards to ensure food safety.
  • Monitor food freshness, quality, and appearance; report any discrepancies to the manager.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety guidelines.
  • Customer Service
  • Greet customers, take orders, and assist with menu inquiries when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with fellow team members to ensure kitchen flow and timely service.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff on order fulfillment and special requests.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements, menu changes, and best practices.
  • Inventory & Stock Management
  • Keep track of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting low stock to the manager.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and properly storing goods (e.g., refrigeration, dry storage).
  • Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and security guidelines at all times.
  • Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to the management.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a fast-casual, quick-service, or hospitality environment preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g., ServSafe certification is a plus).
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
