The Food & Beverage Assistant is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service.

About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

  • Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free, and courteous service while serving and setting tables
  • Sets tables as needed prior or on guest arrival.
  • Ensure mis-en-place is correct and ready for service for each shift
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing environment and demand of a busy workplace

About The Role

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a part of a successful team unit
  • The ideal candidate must have availability to work a minimum of three days per week
