Upper Chambers, an International Law Firm, is hiring for its Kolkata office.
We are hiring a smart, confident, and well-groomed Front Office Executive for a dynamic professional environment in South Kolkata.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Age: 21–30 years
- Minimum height: 156 cm
- Presentable, confident, and professional
- 1+ year front office / customer-facing experience
- Freshers from Hotel Management & Aviation backgrounds are welcome
Key Skills
- MS Office & basic computer operations
- Good typing skills
- Basic social media handling
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Job Role
- First point of contact for clients and advocates
- Manage front-desk operations and professional communications
- Handle the firm’s digital/social media presence with discretion
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Manage routine administrative and coordination work
- Conduct site visits for inspection and coordination
- Visit banks, courts, and offices for supervision and follow-ups
What We Offer
- Full-time | Permanent role (from 16 January 2026)
- Starting salary: ₹16,000
- Day shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly one day off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
