Job Description
As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts from customers to minimize outstanding debts. Your role will involve contacting customers to discuss their overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

- Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements with customers
- Handling customer inquiries regarding their outstanding debts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Good to have:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Previous experience in a similar role in the blue/grey collar industry
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
