We are currently seeking reliable, self-motivated Independent Contractors to join our growing inspection network.
With 15 years of industry experience, ownership provides strong guidance and steady workflow. This is an excellent part-time position with flexible scheduling—ideal for motivated individuals looking to supplement income or grow a small business.

Scope of Work Includes:
- Brief property inspections
- Letter and notice deliveries
- Property inspections conducted on behalf of mortgage and auto companies
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
- Smartphone required
- Access to a computer and printer
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Valid ID and reliable transportation
- Background check required
Position Details:
- Part-time, independent contractor role
- Compensation based on volume, performance, and location
