Scope of Work Includes:

• Brief property inspections
• Letter and notice deliveries
• Property inspections conducted on behalf of mortgage and auto companies

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
• Smartphone required
• Access to a computer and printer
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Valid ID and reliable transportation
• Background check required

Position Details:

• Part-time, independent contractor role
