Job Overview

Numdeepmala Enterprises is looking for an energetic and disciplined Field Marketing Executive for promoting and selling gas stoves, gas pipes, and related household products through direct field visits, camps, and customer interaction activities.

The ideal candidate should be a smart communicator, confident in speaking with customers, and capable of following company systems and reporting structures properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit residential areas, shops, and local markets for product promotion.
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers confidently.
  • Generate sales for gas stoves, gas pipes, and related products.
  • Conduct field marketing activities, camps, and promotional drives.
  • Build customer relationships and maintain follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals.
  • Submit daily field reports and sales updates to the owner/manager.
  • Follow company rules, pricing structure, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain proper behavior and discipline during field work.
  • Coordinate with the office team for stock and delivery updates.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Smart personality with confident talking ability.
  • Rule follower with disciplined work habits.
  • Comfortable with field work and travelling locally.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
  • Ability to maintain simple reports and daily updates.
  • Experience in field sales/marketing preferred but not mandatory.

  • Honest and responsible behavior.
  • Ability to work independently in the market.

Incentive Structure

  • Incentives will be provided based on monthly product sales performance.
  • Higher sales achievement will lead to higher earning potential.

Sales Manager

Joining

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
