Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives (applicable upon achieving sales targets)

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote and generate business opportunities for our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective customers, presenting product demo, generating subscriptions, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit potential customers and businesses across assigned territories.

· Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

· Conduct engaging SaaS product presentations and live product demo.

· Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and business value to prospective customers.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

· Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.

· Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

· Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.

· Coordinate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities in CRM tools.

· Submit regular activity, lead, and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Marketing, Field Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.

· Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B sales is preferred.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to confidently conduct product demos and interact with business decision-makers.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.

· Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
