Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Actively interact with customers, listening to their needs and helping them find products that meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of the products or services being promoted and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Demonstration and Presentation:
Demonstrate products, use interactive materials like brochures or videos, and create engaging displays to showcase the product.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve any concerns or issues
Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving daily or weekly sales targets by successfully closing sales and building customer relationships.
Merchandise Management:
Help maintain a tidy and attractive display of products in the store.
Feedback Collection:
Collect customer feedback and report it to management to help improve products and services.
