Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) to manage our assigned territory and drive business growth. As a DSR, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned territory and develop business growth strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Overdue (OD) % targets

- Implement management techniques and manage customers as partners

Requirements:

- Age: 18-35 years

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and planning skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15K - ₹25K per month

- TA/DA: Extra

- Incentive: ₹5K-₹15K per month (based on target achievement)

- ⁠Additional incentives of up to ₹6k/ month from BPCL

Job Location:

2. ⁠Gachibowli/ Nanakramguda

3. ⁠Miyapur
