Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2C) - 120 Openings!

Excitel - Bangalore Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹28,500 per month (In-hand)

Role Overview

Join Excitel’s growing team as a Field Sales Executive. You will be the face of our brand, driving B2C sales through door-to-door engagement within a designated 5km radius of your assigned territory in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales: Perform door-to-door B2C sales to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Customer Education: Explain Excitel’s internet plans and offerings to convert prospects into happy customers.
Promotions: Handle brochure distribution and local reach-out activities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential and existing customers.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
Daily Discipline: Attend morning gate meetings on time and adhere to the professional dress code.

Requirements

Languages: Kannada is mandatory. Basic English is required.
Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler.
Age: Below 35 years.
Location: Ability to work strictly within a prescribed 5km radius in Bangalore.
Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.

Salary & Benefits

In-hand Salary: ₹21,000 to ₹28,500 per month (depending on experience).
Fixed Location: Work close to home (within a 5km radius).
Note: No additional travel or fuel allowances are provided as the work is strictly local.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
