Field Sales Executive drives company revenue by promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in person. They identify leads, build face-to-face relationships, and negotiate deals within a designated geographic territory to meet specific sales targets. Indeed +3Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Customer Meetings: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, pitch services, and address client queries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and spot upselling opportunities.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales and meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports and track progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Market Awareness: Monitor local market trends and track competitor activities.
Core Requirements
- Proven track record in field sales, outside sales, or a relevant commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
