Field Sales Executive drives company revenue by promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in person. They identify leads, build face-to-face relationships, and negotiate deals within a designated geographic territory to meet specific sales targets. Indeed +3Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Customer Meetings: Conduct on-site product demonstrations, pitch services, and address client queries.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and spot upselling opportunities.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales and meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports and track progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor local market trends and track competitor activities.

Core Requirements

  • Proven track record in field sales, outside sales, or a relevant commercial role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
