Field Sales Executive

Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Location: Karnataka and Tamil Nadu

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the designated regions of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territories.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
  • Travel and Fieldwork:
  • Travel extensively within Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to meet clients.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a related role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Kannada and Tamil) and English.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in any industry-specific knowledge.

Pay: ₹11,630.46 - ₹25,612.91 per month
